Pour olive oil into a hot frying pan.
1.
Put 6 cloves of garlic, sliced and finely chopped one shallot.
2.
Fry for about 1 minute.
3.
Add shrimps.
4.
Add sweet paprika and hot paprika to the shrimps.
5.
Fry the shrimps for about 4 minutes - no longer! ;)
6.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
7.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
8.
Add good quality butter, fresh parsley and coriander.
9.
Mix everything and it's ready :)

Juicy shrimps.
