Chanterelle sauce with chicken

Delicious sauce is very good to serve together with mashed potatoes and pasta!

2 pieces Chicken breasts

400 grams Chanterelles

3 pieces Shallots

4 cloves Large garlic

3 dl Cream 30-36%

0.2 pinch salt and herbal pepper

1 Tablespoon Parsley

2 Teaspoon Provencal herbs

I fry the chicken in a pan in olive oil with herb spices and chicken seasoning.

I melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large pot.

I chop the onion and fry it in a pot on medium power of the burner for about 5 minutes.

I chop the garlic, then add it to the onion and fry it for max. 2 min.

4.

Then I added chanterelles and provencal herbs and fry for about 7 minutes, stirring from time to time.

I added salt, herb pepper and stirred.

6.

I added chicken and fry for another 5 minutes.

7.

I added 36% cream and fried over low heat, I reduced the sauce for 10-15 minutes.

I added parsley.

9.

I thickened the sauce with flour and water, cooked it for a minute.

10.

When the sauce thickened, I turned off the burner.

The sauce is ready, enjoy! :)
